How does OKlear work?
OKlear is a technology marketplace that connects customers with participating restaurants and delivery drivers. Customers use the OKlear app to browse restaurants, place eligible delivery or pickup orders, review applicable fees, and track order progress.
Can I order from more than one restaurant at the same time?
Yes. OKlear allows customers to add eligible items from multiple participating restaurants and complete the purchase through one checkout. Pickup and delivery coordination depends on restaurant preparation times and delivery routing.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as distance between the restaurant and delivery address and the details of the order. Customers see the applicable delivery fee before confirming payment.
Is there a maximum delivery distance?
OKlear does not use a traditional fixed delivery radius. Customers may be able to order from restaurants farther away when delivery is available and they agree to the applicable delivery fee.
How do promotions and discounts work?
Restaurants can create general or targeted promotions for eligible customers, including returning or frequent customers. When a customer qualifies for multiple eligible offers, the app may allow the customer to choose which applicable promotion to use, subject to the terms of each offer.
How do I become a restaurant partner?
Visit the Merchants page or Contact page and submit a partnership inquiry. OKlear will guide eligible restaurants through verification, menu setup, payout information, and onboarding.
What are the fees for restaurants?
OKlear currently plans a Flexible option at 9% commission and a Growth Partner option at $199 per month plus 6% commission, subject to final commercial terms. Enterprise pricing is custom.
How do I apply to become a driver?
Visit the Drivers page and submit your application. Drivers must meet applicable eligibility, identification, vehicle, insurance, and verification requirements.
How much can drivers earn with OKlear?
Driver earnings vary based on accepted deliveries, distance, time, demand, applicable incentives, and customer tips. OKlear does not guarantee a specific hourly or weekly income.
How do payouts work for drivers and restaurants?
Payout schedules and transaction details will be provided during onboarding and displayed in the applicable account dashboard once finalized.
What payment methods are accepted?
Supported payment methods will be shown in the OKlear app at checkout and may vary by device or location.
